He’s always up for a chance to connect with his fans, and Austin Mahone showed up for the 93.3 FLZ Jingle Ball Pre-Show Free Show in Tampa on Wednesday (December 18).

The “What About Love” crooner was in good spirits as he grabbed his red Taylor acoustic guitar and hit the stage at The Plaza for a few ditties to get everyone in the holiday spirit.

Austin told press he’s pumped about releasing his debut LP in 2014 and getting things rolling on some new tour dates.

"My new album, I'm still putting it together, you know the reason why it's taking so long is because I just want to make [sure], you know, every song on there is perfect."

"I want my first album to just be crazy, like, 'Aw man this kid is like, this came out of nowhere, he's got an insane album,' so, I mean, I've worked with so many talented producers and so I just want to pick the right songs for it."
