During the season finale of her hit E! series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Kim Kardashian shared her birthing experience with the show's loyal fan base.

After watching the new momma give birth to baby North West, fans also watched a comical event as Kim realized the body changes that come with childbirth.

"When I came back from the hospital, the first thing I did was go and look at my vagina in the mirror," the happy mom told her younger sister Khloe.

Sharing a little too much information, the "Disaster Movie" dame then stated, "It looks better than before."

The 33-year-old reality star showed even more excitement about her body starting to transform back to it's pre-baby form.

"As long as I have my ankles and feet back, I am loving life," Kim proclaimed to her older sister Kourtney.
