Giving props to the man who helped make it happen, Justin Bieber shared a shirtless photo of his sculpted torso on Wednesday (October 9).

The "Beauty and a Beat" singer showed off his hard work in a pic with his personal trainer Patrick Nilsson (who keeps his shirt on) with the caption, "Me and my trainer."

In an interview with Newsday, Patrick spoke about working with the 19-year-old pop star on a rigorous five day a week routine.

Gushing about the Biebs, he shares, "[Justin's] so motivated - it's the first thing he asks for in the morning. The total goal is to look like he’s well built, but I want him to feel really good too. Once that’s done, I would love for him to work on his athletics and be able to touch a basketball hoop — fun stuff like that.”
