They’ve been dating since September, however Nina Dobrev and Derek Hough hadn’t actually been seen together- until this past weekend!

The “Vampire Diaries” dame and the “Dancing With the Stars” stud got into the Halloween spirit with a trip to the Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights attraction in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 5).

And it seems the sighting was unintentional, as both Nina and Derek tried desperately to appear inconspicuous as they attended a party at the Roosevelt Hotel later in the evening.

Along for the ride were English actress Lily Collins and Derek’s sister Julianne Hough, who actually helped the romance get started.

An insider told press, "[Nina] was hanging a lot with Derek's sister Julianne. Then she fell for him."
