The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” starlet stripped down to a black sports bra and black sweatpants for the self-taken shots, posted on Monday (September 30).

Along with the images, Kim captioned, "Wiggin it to Walmart this morning!!! This belly is soooo heavy!!!! Not too much longer! #twins #thankgodforsweats."

In August, Kim shared her surprise over having two buns in her oven- "I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true."
