They’ve tried to keep their budding romance under wraps since early last summer, but now the cat is out of the bag- Kate Upton and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are officially dating.

According to a report from E!, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit stunner and the “Dancing with the Stars” stud are an item, and they’ve been spotted publicly displaying their affection for one another in New York City as of late.

Back in July, Kate and Maks enjoyed a dinner date in Manhattan, though they both vehemently denied that anything was going on above mere friendship.

At the time, a source told press, "The two did not want to be photographed together and did the best they could to avoid the cameras. They left the event around midnight and went to Catch sushi bar, that turns into a club. The two partied until the early hours."
