Fans have been waiting ever since Cory Monteith's sudden passing this summer, and soon "Glee" will say goodbye to Finn Hudson in a very special episode.

In a new promotional photo tweeted by creator Ryan Murphy, Cory's face is shown in black and white with the simple caption, "The hardest word to say is 'goodbye.'"

Season five begins this Thursday (September 26) with one of a two-part Beatles tribute that will open the series in a lighthearted way.

Then, on October 10th, the hit Fox show will say goodbye to a cast member who's been a major player since the series began in 2009. Catch "Glee" on Thursdays at 9:00pm ET.
