She’s used to seeing her daughter Lindsay Lohan sitting before the judge, but later today (September 24) Dina Lohan will have her turn at the defendant’s table.

The 50-year-old momager will appear at a suburban New York courthouse to answer for her sins, namely driving under the influence of alcohol.

Earlier this month, Dina was pulled over by Johnny Law and upon submitting to a breathalyzer test, cops determined she was twice the legal BAC limit of .08%.

Given that Mama Lohan is a first-time offender, insiders expect her to be treated kindly by the judge. But with a name like Lohan there’s no telling what will happen!
