Kanye West’s Profanity-Laced BBC Radio 1 Interview: Listen Here!

He’s known for his strong language and stronger opinions, and Kanye West let it all hang out while chatting with BBC Radio 1 recently.

The “Love Lockdown” rapper chatted with Zane Lowe about his brand new album Yeezus, noting, “As Kanye West, I gotta f*ck sh*t up. I’m here to crack the pavement and make new ground sonically and in society.”

West also gave props to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson for inspiring him to pursue music- “There would be no Kanye West if it wasn’t for Michael Jackson.”

“I’ve reached a point in my life where my Truman Show boat has hit the painting. I’ve got to a point that Michael Jackson did not break down. I have reached the glass ceiling, as a creative person, as a celebrity.”
