Helping China begin to make its mark in the entertainment industry, Leonardo DiCaprio and Nicole Kidman attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Oriental Movie Metropolis in Qingdao, China on Sunday (September 22).

The "Great Gatsby" star looked classically handsome in a black suit, white dress shirt, and black tie as he posed for photos while the Aussie actress was gorgeous in a black blouse, white jacket, and black skinnies.

Billed as China's answer to Hollywood, the huge facilities will include 20 studios that the country hopes will produce 200 films per year.

After the event, Nicole has little time to jet back to the U.S. as her husband Keith Urban is scheduled to attend the 2013 Primetime Emmys.
