Love is definitely in the air for Alexa Vega, as she recently accepted a marriage proposal from her boyfriend Carlos Pena.

The “Spy Kids” starlet and the Big Time Rush singer are thought to have gotten engaged during a romantic road trip, and their Instagram accounts bear witness to the betrothal.

Alexa posted a photo for Carlos along with the caption, “Hello fiancé…” while Pena added an image of Vega wearing her ring with the message, “My angel!!! @vegaalexa awesome road trip so far!! Now we just need to get back…”

In career news, Miss Vega will be featured in the forthcoming Robert Rodriguez flick “Machete Kills,” along with Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, and Danny Trejo.
