Stepping out in support of a good cause, Paula Abdul attended the Brent Shapiro Foundation Summer Spectacular on Saturday (September 7) in Beverly Hills.

Lovely in a sleeveless orange dress, the "American Idol" alum was one of many celebrities on hand at the charity event.

Also in attendance for the evening were Bai Ling, Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna, among others.

Founded in honor of the late Brent Shapiro, who died in 2005 of an accidental overdose, the foundation aims to create awareness about alcoholism and halting its spread.
