The "Pretty Little Liars" star sported a black T-shirt with "Mr. Beyoncé" on it, cropped workout tights, and sneakers as she fueled up with her gal pal.

Earlier this week, the 23-year-old actress participated in Throwback Thursday on Twitter, revealing she was a totally adorable tot.

Posting a photo of a blonde, pigtailed little girl beaming on her grandfather's shoulders, Ashley tweeted, "TBT Me and papa."
