Helping her son get a healthy start in life, Hilary Duff took Luca Comrie to a children’s gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday (July 31).

Joined by a few fellow moms, the “Cheaper By The Dozen” starlet looked to be enjoying herself as she carried her little guy out of the Fit For Kids class.

And of course, Hilary was shutterbug-ready in her grey top, electric lime tights, and two-tone light blue sneakers, though she didn’t seem too pleased with the paparazzi.

While motherhood has definitely become her main focus, Duff previously shared that she has plans for a forthcoming studio album, though there’s no word on a release date just yet.
