However, Kristen Wiig told Harper's Bazaaar that there’s no way she’ll sign on for a second installment, regardless of the paycheck.

Wiig declared, “We would have made a lot of money if there was a second one, but that’s not my goal in my creative life.”

“We knew during the first one, this was it,” she added. “Bridesmaids” is still the highest-earning Judd Apatow project of all time.
