Rosie Huntington-Whiteley & One Direction Cover Glamour’s Music Issue

With their documentary film "This is Us" slated to hit theaters August 30, the guys from One Direction scored the cover of Glamour's Music issue.

Joined by fellow Brit Rosie Huntington Whiteley for the adorable spread, all five of the guys (Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Niall Horan) chatted about the differences between them and other boy bands while Rosie chatted about her beau Jason Statham.

Zayn
On their different way of looking at music:
"We didn't want to just follow the boy-band formula. We didn't want to do anything dancing. We just wanted to be five dudes in a band."

Liam
On their growing fan base:
"I don't think it's ever something we'll get fully used to... We kind of try to stay under the radar and not tweet where we are. Yesterday me and Niall went out shopping in Amsterdam. And literally every single shop we went into, they had to close the shop because there were so many people outside. Some girl tried to pull my hair out. It's quite mad."

Harry
On dealing with the pesky paparazzi:
"People who know me know what's true and what's not."

Louis
On keeping up with relationships while dealing with tabloids:
"I think you have to keep your feet on the ground. I'm in a relationship [with college student Eleanor Calder], and it's completely fine."

Niall
On social media playing a big part in their success:
Put it this way - we wouldn't be in Oberhausen, Germany, if it wasn't for our fans. But don't put on Twitter what you wouldn't want your mom to read. It's kind of that, you know?"

Rosie
On the age difference between her and Jason:
"His knowledge and strength are really inspiring and attractive, and that can come with a man who's had a bit of time. We have a connection that has nothing to do with age. Work comes ad goes, but if you have someone at home who thinks you're the greatest person in the world, that keeps you going."

On her future career plans:
"Ten years from now, I'd like to be sitting at the helm of business or producing TV shows. Women like Jo Malone and Donna Karan really inspire me because of what they've built. I think there's always that assumption that you can't be beautiful and smart and nice. All that negativity's just noise. You deal with it and get on."
