Out to promote his latest film, Johnny Depp made a stop at the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Tuesday (June 25).

Donning a brown pin striped suit, the "Lone Ranger" hunk flashed a smile for the waiting crowd gathered outside the Ed Sullivan Theater before heading inside for his appearance.

Following Native American warrior Tonto as he recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid, a man of the law, into a legend of justice, the motion picture also stars Armie Hammer and Helena Bonham Carter.

"The Lone Ranger" makes its way into theaters nationwide beginning on Wednesday, July 3.
