The “What Makes You Beautiful” singer traveled to Congleton in Cheshire, England for the occasion, witnessing as his mom Anne Cox tied the knot with Robin Twist.

And of course, Harry wore some dapper duds for the affair at Pecks restaurant, including a black suit with a white button-up shirt and a thin black tie.

An eyewitness told press, "Harry couldn't stop smiling. He hardly left his mum's side and she looked really proud of him. He sipped champagne and chatted to everyone."
