Maintaining her fabulous physique, Reese Witherspoon went for a run in her Brentwood, California neighborhood yesterday afternoon (May 29).

Joined by a muscular personal trainer, the “Sweet Home Alabama” babe looked cute in a purple tank top with black shorts as she worked up a sweat.

And it sounds like Reese is in the running to play Hillary Clinton in the forthcoming biopic “Rodham,” though there’s competition from Scarlett Johansson, Amanda Seyfried, and Jessica Chastain.

Director James Ponsoldt told press, “They’re all wonderful actresses. We’re very fortune that a lot of really great actors are interested in playing these roles. We’re in an enviable position.”
