The supermodel-turned-supermom toted little Vivian in a baby carrier, while her sons Jack and Benjamin and pooch Lua played nearby.

Getting in on the moment, the Patriots quarterback stole some alone time with his gorgeous wife, giving her kisses and a few pats on the bottom as they hung out in the shade.

Later in the day, the crew headed to Tom’s sister’s graduation at Boston University, topping off a quiet weekend with loved ones.
