It’s no secret that Tinseltown is hard on marriages, and it seems Jane Levy and her hubby Jaime Cardoso Ferriera Freitas have decided to call it quits.

The “Suburgatory” starlet filed for divorce back in April after secretly marrying Freitas in March 2011 and separating the following October.

In her court documents, Jane cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for hitting the eject button on her union.

And not surprisingly, Levy also requested that she not be made to pay spousal support to Jaime, though the judge will determine the outcome.
