Kicking off her busy day, Kim Kardashian exited the swanky Dorchester Hotel in London, England this morning (May 2).

The pregnant reality television starlet took a break from her usual all-black ensemble with a grey shirt layered underneath a baby blue button-up with black trousers and black sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Kim is featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Malaysian edition for May 2013, though her front page shot was obviously taken well before she began to show a baby bump.

Interestingly enough, Kim’s sister Khloe is the cover girl for Cosmopolitan UK in which she discusses the trials of being compared to her sexy siblings and drama it’s caused her over the years.
