He’s always had a lovable, albeit crazy, disposition, and Charlie Sheen would love to become buddies with teen pop singer Justin Bieber.

During his interview on “Conan” last night (April 11) the former “Two and a Half Men” stud took a break from promoting his new flick “Scary Movie 5” to chat about the “Never Say Never” hitmaker.

Charlie noted that when he tweeted his mobile phone number to his millions of followers, he was actually just trying to reach out to Justin- “I wouldn’t mind being his friend… Do you think he’d be our friend?”

Conan shot back, “I don’t think he wants anything to do with either one of us.” Sheen exclaimed, “Dammit!”
