Letting her growing baby bump take center stage, the reality star donned a curve-hugging turquoise pencil skirt with a black blouse and Christian Louboutin heels as she left her home.
Yesterday, Kim grabbed lunch at Il Pastaio with Brittny Gastineau, then headed to the nail salon for a little pampering session.
