She’s learned her lesson from the infamous Salvia-smoking scandal, and Miley Cyrus insists she didn’t upload any photos of herself smoking marijuana.

The “Party in the USA” songstress supposedly appeared in an Instagram picture puffing on a blunt with the caption, “High as fvck.”

However, Miley maintains the ‘mileyxxcyrus’ account belongs to someone else. She tweeted, “I don’t have an Instagram.”

Meanwhile, neither Cyrus nor her camp have issued any statements confirming or denying that it’s Miley in the image.
