Welcoming a big name UK store to the Tinseltown, some of Hollywood's finest came out for the launch of Topshop & Topman at Cecconi's in Los Angeles on Wednesday (February 13).

Hosted by Topshop CEO Sir Philip Green, the high-end retailer opens to the public at The Grove on February 14th, but a lucky few got a sneak peek.

At the glitzy event, Demi Lovato performed while stars like Kate Bosworth, Julianne Hough, Nicole Scherzinger, and Chris Brown showed up to support the trendy retail giant.

In addition, Kim Kardashian brought her baby bump and her mom, Kris while striking a pose at the stores entrance.

When asked by Ryan Seacrest why the company chose to come to L.A., Green replied, "We’ve been developing the brand here for 2-3 years online and probably 25 percent of our online business has been in California…big fashion following, big fashionista part of the world. A lot of people are traveling here, a lot of people travel internationally. We’re fashion people and I think California is ready for us to bring something fresh and new."
