Getting a peek at the next big things in fashion, Uma Thurman and Hilary Swank attended the 2013 Giorgio Armani Fashion Show in Paris, France on Tuesday (January 22).

The "Kill Bill" star wore a shiny long-sleeved black dress while the "Boys Don't Cry" actress chose a sequined knee-length gown. However, both ladies covered up outside in long black coats as they smiled and waved to awaiting fans.

Earlier this week, Hilary encountered a scary situation in the City of Lights. While sitting in a taxi in the northern suburb of Saint-Denis, crooks shattered the back window and snatched her handbag, which was right next to her in the car.

However, the incident made the 38-year-old actress more cautious. At the Armani event, her bodyguard was right at hand, leading her carefully through the crowd.
