Quentin Tarantino Pulls Out “N-Word” at Golden Globes Backstage Interview

His film “Django Unchained” score the Best Original Screenplay trophy at the 70th Golden Globe Awards last night (January 13) and Quentin Tarantino was up to his old tricks of creating controversy.

During his backstage interview, the “Pulp Fiction” mastermind addressed the objections to his use of the word “ni**er” during the flick.

“If somebody is out there actually saying when it comes to the word n**ger, [that] I was using it in the movie more than it was used back in the antebellum South, in Mississippi, in 1858… then feel free to make that case [against its use in the film].”

Tarantino continued, “But no one’s actually making that case,” adding that deleting the term would be a “lie” and would serve to “whitewash” the whole narrative.
