Beauty queens came from all over the world to compete at the 2012 Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas on Wednesday (December 19).

Women from eighty nine nations vied for the prestigious title, with Miss U.S.A. Olivia Culpo taking home the crown.

Finishing in the runner-up spot was Janine Tugonon of the Philippines.

Judges for the event included Scott Disick, Cee Lo Green, and Kerri Walsh.

The competition was held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and was hosted by Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic.
