Colin Farrell’s "Dead Man Down" Trailer Postponed Due To Recent Shootings

In response to the school shootings in Newtown, CT, the online trailer for Colin Farrell's upcoming movie “Dead Man Down” has been postponed.

The decision to pull the violent teaser came from the studio honchos, in an attempt to be sensitive during this difficult time.

According to an insider, the trailer was already distributed to entertainment outlets and features a bullet-shaped thumb drive set in a plain, wooden box inscribed with the words, "Blood Demands Blood."

Per the synopsis, "Dead Man Down" follows a man who seeks revenge for the murder of his wife and daughter. It's scheduled to hit theaters on March 8.
