There’s no telling what will occur at a One Direction concert, and unfortunately for Harry Styles an overzealous fan left her common sense at home on Tuesday night (September 1).
During the Lincoln Financial Field gig in Philadelphia, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Styles were getting ready to close the show with “Best Song Ever” when Hanna Cooke threw a pop can at Harry and hit him in the face, forcing him to leave the stage.
Afterwards, Cooke tweeted, “I accidentally hit him in the face and he doesn’t even notice me [crying emoji] what a waste… If it makes you feel any better, a security guard literally threatened to sue me if harry was badly injured… My mentions are full with ‘kill yourself,’ ‘choke on a d*ck,’ “shove a knife up you’re a**,’ ‘you deserve to die.'”
Eventually, Hanna apologized- “As I’ve said so many times, I’m truly sorry. I apologize to Harry and his family for doing such a ridiculous and stupid thing. I laughed because I was shocked and I didn’t know what to do. I never meant to hurt him. I love Harry with all my heart and I promise you I feel so bad. I’m sure Harry doesn’t want his fans to tell someone that they should die, not even after what I did.”
