While promoting “Still Alice” earlier this year, Kristen Stewart claimed she wanted to take some time off, but it looks like she’s already jumping into her next big gig.
The “Twilight Saga: New Moon” actress is in negotiations to star in the forthcoming “Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk” along with Joe Alwyn, Steve Martin and Garrett Hedlund.
Per the synopsis, “The story focuses on 19-year-old U.S. soldier Billy, who survives a firefight in Iraq. Billy and his fellow troops are brought home for a victory tour of sorts that eventually takes them to the Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving game, where they are to be honored for their heroic efforts. Billy, however, is challenged by the prospect of having to return to the war abroad afterward.”
