“When you have your baby, this will be your last one, because the problem is your placenta grew on your uterus, so when you have another baby, your placenta will go right to that hole and then we'll have a team of doctors waiting right there, to remove your uterus and put you into emergency surgery right there because you can't bleed too much.”
Poor Kim! Understandably she tells Kanye, who is currently putting the finishing touches to his latest masterpiece So God Help Me, that the news was “a little too much,” as she broke down in tears. But at least she's still in good spirits. Speaking to E! News she recently admitted she's “over” trying for a baby. "I've done everything so perfect to try and get pregnant. There's a list of things you shouldn't be doing and I was perfect for eight to 10 months and now I don't understand,” the brief blonde bombshell explained.

"Hopefully I will get pregnant doing all the wrong things. I'm totally changing my tactics. Maybe we should set up a fertility clinic and a girl has to go every single day for over a year and get so frustrated," she joked. "I'm over it.
