Triple threat hottie Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have been caught smooching and while we'd usually present you with a huge ‘;NEWSFLASH: THEY'RE DATING AGAIN' turns out they never actually stopped dating and reports are claiming that the whole thing was just a publicity stunt to fool us.
Sources close to the couples have told TMZ that their split was just a business move and multiple insiders have said that they did stop seeing one another in the spring, but it literally only lasted a few weeks because these two just can't get enough of each other.
The news outlet was told that JLo pretended to split from Smart ahead of the release of her movie Boy Next Door in a bid to ignite rumours that she was hooking up with her younger co-star Ryan Guzman and help flog tickets. It's hard to get people talking about you hooking up with co-workers when you're already madly in love with someone else (unless you're Kristen Stewart, of course).
But the decision wasn't just for Jen and also had its perks for Casper because he was shooting Street, a UFC fighter movie which he seriously buffed up for. Again, hot stars usually seem way more exciting when they're single.
To be honest, we're not all that surprised about these two remaining together this whole time. In fact we're more annoyed we didn't figure it out ourselves. Two months after they revealed their break-up, a photographer captured shots of the two in convertible BMW. When Lopez spotted him, she quickly slumped in the passenger seat and Smart put the roof up.
Then in January, a dog at Jennifer's house bit her neighbour. Turns out it was Casper's canine that was the culprit and he came running out of the house in his PYJAMA bottoms after the attack. Now, correct us if we're wrong, but we're going to take a wild guess that he didn't go round to her house wearing those.

In February, Casper went to a GQ event and was seen hopping into the Booty hit maker's car on the way out, attempting to shake the paps by walking down the block before doing so. A few minutes later another photographer saw the duo walk into a restaurant together. TMZ also shared a video of the two dancing at a Big Sean concert together last month.
The duo were both at the premiere of Rihanna's new animated movie Home earlier this week. They didn't walk the carpet together, but Smart did open up on their relationship, claiming that they're just friends. “We got a lot of ties. We're very close,” he told E! News at the premiere. “We're friends. We're very good friends.” Well, after the release of that kissing picture (which you can see here) we're finding that very hard to believe! Unless they're just good friends who go to dinner together, stay over each other's houses, enjoy intimate kisses in public… you know, those friends. Pfft! Give it up you two!
