Things are still coming together for the forthcoming “Suicide Squad” movie and it sounds like there may be a major change in the roster.
According to The Wrap, Jake Gyllenhaal has taken over the role of Rick Flagg from Tom Hardy, who was originally slated for the gig. Hardy’s film “The Revenant” is said to be running over its schedule, leaving little time before he begins the promotional duties for “Mad Max: Fury Road.”
“Suicide Squad” already has some major star power thanks to Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Jared Leto and Cara Delevingne, so Jake will be in good company.
