He’s ready to move on from his marriage to Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon has already filed the paperwork to get his divorce underway. According to a TMZ report, the “America’s Got Talent” hunk turned in the legal documents on December 12th, shortly after Carey missed her rehearsal for the 2014 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
Back in October, Nick told Meredith Vieira, "It's truly just staying focused on family and what's right and getting through these times and just doing what's right for the kids.”
"We've always been people who are kinda on the go, coming and going, so their life hasn't changed one bit. We spend holidays together, we do everything that we're supposed to do together."
