Rumours of cheating, breakups and god knows what else Beyonce and Jay Z have read about themselves in 2014, seem to be nothing but a distant memory. The world's most sought after couple are stronger than ever before, judging by Bey's onslaught of adorable Instagram posts in Iceland, as the Crazy In Love duo flaunt their solid marriage on the social media site. And just when you thought your Christmas couldn't have been any better, think again.
Glaciers, making snow angels, waterfalls, racing through the snow on speed bikes, toasting over champagne and flying over nothing but white plains in your very own private helicopter; no that's not just the best dream you've ever had but Jay Z's 45th birthday. While we were stuffing our faces with our own body weight in turkey and red wine, young love's dream were reliving out their real life fairytale after more than 10 years together, sharing snaps from their romantc getaway from earleir this month. And after what's been a rocky few months for Bey-Z we couldn't be happier, albeit incredibly jealous, to see our beacon of hope, are still having the time of their lives.
Following THAT now infamous scuffle between Jay and Bey's little sister Solange in a New York elevator in May 2014, Jayonce's untouchable brand of solidarity and strength became tarnished with reports that the couple's six year marriage was all a sham. With story after story questioning the 99 problem rapper's fidelity, and Beyonce even seemingly addressing the reports of affairs in a subtle lyric change to her scathing B'Day ballad Resentment, many wouldn't have had these two down for lasting until the end of the year.
Thankfully, all remains right in the world and whatever has gone down in the Carter household in the past 12 months has done nothing to rock camp Bey-Z, which really is the best news we could have possibly hoped for this Christmas. A 2015 without Beyonce and Jay Z's marriage to swoon over just really isn't a 2015 worth thinking about in our books and by the looks of it, we've got many more Christmases with this pair to come...
