Britney Spears Fronts Women’s Health January/February 2015

She’s never been afraid to show off her physique and Britney Spears is the picture of perfection on the cover of the January/February issue of Women's Health magazine.

The 33-year-old mother-of-two is confident and sexy as she poses for the camera in a two-piece zippered swimsuit and in her interview she discusses how she stays in such great shape.

"Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time,” state Spears, whose Vegas residency sees her performing year-round.

"I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio—usually running— move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch."
