Paul Simon & Edie Brickell Drop “Like to Get to Know You” Single After Domestic Dispute: Listen Here!

Things have been a bit strange around their house as of late, but Paul Simon and Edie Brickell insist they’re doing fine.

To that end, the “Still Crazy After All These Years” crooner and his longtime wife have recorded a duet called “Like to Get to Know You” and it’s nothing short of adorable.

They sing, “You share my home/You share my kids and my dog/But I swear I don’t know you at all/You see my face/Every night and every day/But I swear you don’t see me at all.”

“I see other couples all the time/Holding hands and laughing/I see them standing in the movie line/Exchanging loving glances/And I wouldn’t trade places with anyone/None of them/Cause I’d like to get to know you again.”

Over the weekend, Simon and Brickell were arrested for domestic assault after a marital spat spun out of control at their New Canaan, Connecticut home. But on Monday (April 28) they both appeared in court to repent of their sins.
