Ellen DeGeneres: I’m Not Replacing David Letterman on “Late Show”

When David Letterman announced his retirement last week everyone starting buzzing about his replacement. Of course, picks turn to those that already have a talk show many thought Ellen DeGeneres would be a great candidate to fill the "Late Show's" empty desk.

And while she was flattered with the proposal, the "Finding Nemo" star said that she loves her spot on daytime television.

During Wednesday's broadcast of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the lovely host told her audience, "I am very flattered but I really love doing my daytime show, and nighttime is very different."

"There's a lot of political humor, which I don't do. But I feel you don't know if you're good at something until you try it. So I'm gonna see what it would look like if I did do a late night show. So I'm gonna start over. Let's bring out our announcer, (Paul Bartholomew). Come on out."

Ellen proceeded to do her version of Letterman's Top 10 list with a Top 11 list, check it out below!
