Back in January 2006, the Disney Channel premiered “High School Musical,” and this morning (January 19) the star-studded cast gathered at “Good Morning America” to mark the 10th anniversary.
Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, Corbin Bleu and Lucas Grabeel all showed up for the interview, though Zac Efron had to miss out and instead submitted a video.
In the clip, the “Neighbors” hunk declared, “This is only 10 years- let’s have a billion more! I love you guys!” Hudgens also noted, “At one point it literally felt like we were The Beatles. Now it’s like we can go to the coffee store and we’re completely left alone,” and Tisdale chimed in, “We have tons of other friends, but they don’t understand what we’ve been a part of, and it’s like this connection between all of us.”
