Back in February he caused an auto accident that ultimately led to the death of a woman named Kim Howe and now Bruce Jenner could be in legal hot water.
According to TMZ, Ms. Howe’s stepchildren are now preparing a wrongful death lawsuit and have retained legal counsel ahead of taking the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star to court.
Regarding the collision, Jenner is said to be cleared of any talking or texting accusations and he was not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. And interestingly enough, Howe’s stepchildren will not inherit any of their stepmother’s money, casting doubt on the authenticity of their concern.
