The death of famed comedienne Joan Rivers rocked the entertainment industry last year, and now her daughter Melissa Rivers has written a book in her honor.
Titled “The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief and Manipulation” is slated to hit stores on May 5th and promises to “share funny, poignant and irreverent observations, thoughts and tales about the woman who raised her.”
Melissa told People, “In our family we always believed that laughter was the best medicine. I wanted to write a book that would make my mother laugh. I hope it makes you laugh, too.”
