Given the massive success of her new album 1989 and all of the media fanfare surrounding her, it’s no wonder Taylor Swift caught the eye of Time magazine. As the popular publication put together the 2014 Person of the Year shortlist, the “Shake It Off” songstress ended up near the top.
Also in the running for the coveted title are Apple CEO Tim Cook, the Ferguson protesters, NFL’s Roger Goodell, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Ebola caregivers.
