Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy have reportedly called off their three-year engagement, after the blonde beauty decided that marriage was not the “right choice” for them.
Kate, 35, hasn't been spotted wearing her engagement ring since November, and after the pair appeared to be taking some time apart, rumours began to circulate over the state of their relationship. According to X17, Matt, 36, spent Thanksgiving away from the How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days Star and decided not to go to Miami with her for Art Basel.
And now it seems the The couple, who are parents to three-year-old son Bingham, have finally decided to call it quits on their relationship. A source told the site, “Kate doesn't ever want to get divorced again, and she wasn't sure marriage with Matt was the right choice. There is still a lot of love there, and they plan to amicably co-parent their son. Who knows what the future holds for them, but right now it's not a wedding.”

Kate was previously married to The Black Crowes singer, Chris Robinson between 2000 to 2007, and they have one son together, 10-year-old Ryder. Back in September, she told Red magazine that she was shocked to find herself with Muse frontman Matt, as she didn't believe she would ever date a musician again. “That [Rock 'N' Roll] world is difficult. But it is what it is, right? I like people with musicality… I find it attractive,” she admitted.
She also explained that the pair were taking it slow, and had no plans to marry straight away. "I'm not in a rush. We are basically married," she said. "It is really about when are we going to take the time to plan a wedding."
But Kate has always been honest about the state of her relationships, and revealed to Self magazine in April that they are “the most challenging things.” She continued, “It's where you do the most work in your life. You come face-to-face with yourself, and if you can deal with realizing we're all flawed, accept it and work with it, you might have a really amazing, lasting relationship.”
Kate and Matt were last spotted together at Goldie Hawn's MindUp charity event in Beverly Hills on November 21. However, whilst the actress was there to support her mother, Matt is only said to have made an appearance because he was on the host committee and wanted to keep up appearances.
