There's no denying that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has had a successful singing career, after all, she's the only British female solo artist to have five number one singles. But now it seems she's set her sights on a new career path and is reportedly heading back to school next year to study business.
The 31-year-old is said to be taking classes in 2015 so that she can help her hubby Jean-Bernard run his company. The French entrepreneur co-founded pop-up nightclub and restaurant Cosy Box. which has been at the Cannes Film Festival for seven years, and now his superstar wife is rumoured to be helping him pick a new location, possibly in Notting Hill, Shoreditch or Soho.
A source told the Daily Star, “Cheryl had some time out of the limelight and now she's been back in the thick of it she realises the time away was good for her. Jean-Bernard's been going to work with her all the way through The X Factor. Now she's planning to return the favour so they don't have to spend time apart.”

The I Don't Care hitmaker has yet to confirm whether she'll be back on the judging panel for next year's edition of the hit ITV show, but earlier this month she dropped a pretty big hint that she might not return. Speaking to the Daily Mirror about whether she'd come back, she revealed, "That's a question Simon would have to ask me himself. Then I would have to talk about it because it's been very emotional."
But with the 2015 series not set to air until the end of the summer, there would be time for Chezza to knuckle down and learn all about the tricks of her husband's trade. “She's been looking at what options she has to learn more about business, from private tutors to study courses and books, the source continued. “Cheryl is already pretty business-savvy but she's really keen to learn the ropes of what her husband does and wants to approach it with a professional eye and a good knowledge of how things work.”
The star is clearly good with money as she's worth nearly £16 million, but she's hoping that going back to school will give her the skills she needs to become a valued business partner. “Jean Bernard's obviously got the tools to teach her but Cheryl has a real passion for learning about how his business works and wants him to know she's serious,” the insider revealed. “She's a very creative person and wants to be able to bring her own ideas to the table. They see themselves as a team and while he's been able to experience the celebrity side of her life, she wants to be more involved in his.”
