S Club 7 Sold Out The O2 In Minutes

S Club 7's reunion tour went on sale earlier today (November 20) but an extra date has already had to be added at London's flippin' massive O2 Arena after tickets sold out in practically no time at all.

Within fifteen minutes of going on-sale at 9am today, availability already seemed to have maxed out, with fans complaining on Twitter that their efforts had been unsuccessful. But all is not lost - as the group have already added a second date in the capital: Sunday, May 17; the day after the original show.

Tickets for other dates are also looking pretty thin on the ground, with nostalgic supporters moving super-fast at the crack of dawn to avoid disappointment. The jaunt, named the Bring It All Back Tour, starts in Birmingham on May 7 before heading round to Manchester, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Liverpool, Nottingham, London, Leeds, Glasgow and Sheffield throughout the month.

The septet split way back in 2003 but at a press conference in London earlier this week, the band told EntertainmentWise and others that comeback talks have been ongoing for a while. Tina Barrett said: "It's taken two years to get here now", while Jo O'Meara added: "We're a seven-piece band; everyone's schedules are so mixed up. It was difficult to get seven of us together at the same time!" Clearly, the timing is working out just fine.

Almost as excitingly, the band have dropped an almighty hint that X Factor four-piece Only The Young might be joining them on the road as a support act - depending, we assume, on how they get on for the remainder of the competition. Paul Cattermole teased to Sugarscape: "I already get the feeling there's a chance they might be one of the support acts on the tour, but none of that's been confirmed. It's just a feeling." OTY opening for SC7? We back it. We back it hard.

Well, assuming the S Club Juniors can't do it. Rochelle and Frankie aren't THAT busy, right...?
