Megan Fox: “I’m Not Worried About Shia [LaBeouf]”

She worked with him on two “Transformers” flicks, so it’s safe to say Megan Fox knows Shia LaBeouf pretty well.

And in her new interview with the New York Daily News, the “Jennifer’s Body” babe explained that the often-embroiled actor is doing well.

Megan declared, “I’m not worried about Shia. I love my Shia. He’s perfectly fine. I haven’t talked to him in a couple of years, but I don’t worry about him. He’s a brilliant kid, talented and funny… There’s no reason to worry.”

Fox also noted that she’s in awe of the media’s penchant for making something out of nothing. “I don’t understand why people don’t have common sense and can’t identify sarcasm or, you know, some kind of self-deprecating humor. But people don’t expect that coming from me, for some reason. There have been so many salacious, ridiculous stories about me in the past. They were all asinine.”

“If you have an insecurity issue or if you seek validation through the opinions of others, this industry is not for you. It will tear you to pieces, and you will not survive,” she added.
