Last week on "Dancing with the Stars," the celebrities and their partners took on party anthems, with Meryl Davis and her pro partner Maks Chmerkovskiy landing on top of the leader board with an impressive 40/40 for their tango to Calvin Harris' "Feel So Close."

Saying good-bye to the competition was "Price is Right" host Drew Carey, who with his partner Cheryl Burke, couldn't garner enough call in votes to push through another week.

This week, with just seven stars left, the competition heated up with a Latin theme for the evening.

All dancers competed in both an individual dance and a team dance.

In an odd twist, snowboarder Amy Purdy twisted her back after her rumba with Derek Hough, sending her to the hospital to be checked out.

Landing on top of the board for the night was Olympic gold medalist and her pro Maks Chemerkovsiky, who nabbed a perfect score of 40/40 from the judges.

"Real Housewives" NeNe Leakes had the lowest score this week, with a 31/40 for her Tango with Tony Dovolani.

In the end, NeNe hung up her dancing shoes and said goodbye to the competition after failing to grab enough votes to stay on.
