Clearly enjoying the beautiful spring weather, David Beckham took his custom motorcycle out for a spin in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (April 14).

The handsome soccer star set a good example for his young fans by wearing a helmet as he navigated the streets of the busy city sporting a black t-shirt, dark wash jeans and tan work boots.

And while he’s likely pulling in a tidy sum for his new Haig Club whiskey endorsement, Becks is also receiving some harsh criticism from the Alcohol Concern charity.

A rep from the organization declared, "Given David Beckham's other roles promoting sport and a healthy lifestyle to children, we believe this will send a confusing message to them about the dangers of alcohol and its impact on a healthy lifestyle and we call on the star to rethink his association with this product.”
